We have known Mike Rankin for several years and have always been impressed with the quality of his work product. In January we approached Mike about managing the construction of a 3,000 square foot addition (2,000 A/C and 1,000 screen enclosed pool area) to our existing home in Windermere. Mike broke ground in February and had the project completed byMayl. Every detail of the construction was monitored daily by Mike. The subcontractors were all professional and polite.
